Dragonair avec le petit Prince

Don't they call manaphy the sea prince in the movie? I thought they did. Whatever if they don't.

I'm really, really pleased with how the coloring came out on this. I wanted to try again with doing some water, and I was really excited to get a nice effect. I'm slowly but surely getting there :3

Also, this is an enormous picture, so for detail, you can always download. It's DEFINITELY big enough for a wallpaper, you may have to resize it smaller to fit your monitor perfectly though.
